June 2015 - City Market Hotness
Here is latest market hotness for Phoenix Market. Several areas remain hot. It is our opinion though that the market is cooling, we won't see the affects for another couple months. But, retail buyers are backing off on making strong offers. Investor buyers are still making too high of offers in our opinion. Some may get burned in the next few months.
